At an early age, Rick Underwood set a goal to become one of the most highly requested DJs in the mobile entertainment industry. Rick began his career in 1988 as an assistant to one of the Southeast’s most popular DJs. Refining his skills along the way, he was given the opportunity to learn what it takes to be successful in a highly competitive market.

Now a seasoned veteran himself, working independently for the past 14 years, Rick has obtained his goal.

Rick has been involved not only in the mobile DJ industry, but is well known in the Charlotte, NC area for his “on air” and production services for 107.9 The Link’s “RETRO DANCE PARTY” and KISS 95.1’s “CLUB KISS” weekend mix shows. He has also held head DJ positions for several years in some of Charlotte’s hottest night clubs.
