How long has your company been in business?
Replay Productions DJ & Entertainment Services was founded in 1992. Since then we have performed thousands of successful events all over the Carolina’s. Make sure you hire an experienced DJ to provide entertainment at your upcoming event.
What’s included in booking an event with Replay Productions DJ & Entertainment Services?
Simply put, an unmatched attention to detail. Replay Productions DJ & Entertainment Services will provide a state-of-the-art sound and lighting system , an extensive music library and most importantly, a professional an experienced DJ Entertainer who has been trained to put the client’s needs first.
How far in advance should we book our event?
Simply put…the sooner the better. Many events, especially weddings are planned at least a year in advance. Depending on availability some dates remain open until the month before or even the week before. So if you’re planning an event for next month or next week, it will be worth it to check our availability. If you’re just starting your planning, try to make your final decision as soon as possible to ensure our availability.
How do we book your services?
For your peace-of-mind, our services are provided and guaranteed by a written and binding contractual agreement. Contact Replay Productions DJ & Entertainment Services to discuss securing our services or to arrange for a no-obligation consultation.
How much of a retainer/deposit is required?
50%, an industry standard, is required to reserve your date. The final balance is due before the start of your scheduled event.
What areas does your company offer services in and are you willing to travel?
Replay Productions DJ & Entertainment Services are based just outside of Charlotte, North Carolina. We regularly perform at events all over the Carolinas. There may be a small travel fee assessed for events greater than 75 miles away from Charlotte. Please contact our office for further details.
Will you meet with us?
You bet ! The only way to meet your expectations (or exceeded them) is to understand you, your wishes, and your expectations.
When do you arrive to setup? Is there any charge for this?
Setup begins 1 1/2 to 2 hours before your reception so that audio and microphones can be tested to perfection. Setup and teardown are included with your rate and are simply part of a commitment to you.
What do you require at the facility where our event is to be held?
One six foot table for set up near the dance floor is all that we need. It’s critical that our DJs are close enough to properly involve you and your guest’s.
How vast is your music collection?
We have over 32000 songs in our library. The collection is constantly growing. We have music from the 40’s to today’s hottest new hits. If there’s a specific song you want to hear for a part of your event, be sure to let us know. We will make sure we have it with us.
Are we allowed to submit a music list of some type?
Most definitely ! We are very flexible. Whether it’s a specific list of songs you must hear or songs that you absolutely do not want played at your event, this is information that we value and need to know.
Do you Take Requests?
Absolutely! We encourage requests. Not only prior to the event but also during. We will work in your requests during the appropriate times to keep your dance floor full and your guests happy.
